Nepal Travel with IATA
Manager for International Air Transport Association (IATA) of India, Sunil Chopra ruled out the involvement of his association in choking up the Global Distribution System (GDS) through which most Nepalese travel and tour operators sell air and traveling tickets to their customers. “There is nothing to gain by blocking GDS system to Nepalese tours and travel operators but only tried to establish Billing and Settlement Plan in a systematic way," quoted media as Chopra at the orientation programme of IATA organised by Nepal Association of Tours and Travel Agents (NATTA) on Friday saying. “BSP is a system designed to facilitate and simplifying the selling reporting and remitting procedures of IATA accredited Passengers Sales Agents as well as improving financial control and cash flow for BSP Airlines," according to the official website of IA ( cu NepalM.N.)
